ONESOURCE System Process

The sales process usually begins when one of our satisfied customers refers us to one of their colleagues. From there an NCS Sales Consult sits down with the customer and discusses in great detail what type of store, image, product offering the owner is projecting.

The sales consultant takes those ideas and collaborates with our in-house design team, who then provides the customer a conceptual drawing. We then prepare a list of equipment that best matches up to the customer’s requirements and needs. NCS has the ability to obtain specification sheets and pricing from over 300 manufacturers to make the best fit for the customer. This saves the customer a tremendous amount of time and money.

Once the quote is prepared, reviewed, and accepted by the customer and we then utilize our software systems to turn those quotes into purchase orders. These orders are then sent to the selected manufacturers. The equipment is shipped to our warehouse where it is checked and staged into a job slot until the job is ready for the equipment. This hassle free process frees the customer from worries with freight claims, material sitting on the job site and coordination of delivery.

Once the client is ready for the installation phase the equipment is shipped directly to the job site. This process prevents the freight going through a freight hub and being mishandled or lost. Once on the job site, NCS will have its sales team on site to oversee and assist with receiving and installation of the equipment.

Our sales team representative will do a final walk through and inspection with the owner to make sure everything is to their specifications. Once all aspects of the job agreed upon, the customer will be invoiced for remainder of equipment purchases. At NCS, the process does not stop here after the sale, the sales team will is able to assist with troubleshooting and problems with the equipment. NCS handles all the warranty paperwork, allowing the customer freedom of warranty procedures. NCS has the ability to call a 2nd or 3rd service provider if needed.
